Capital Infinity Research offers use of Private Equity and Venture Capital Database

Capital Infinity Research is pleased to announce we are offering our research services as access to our Private Equity Database & Venture Capital Database.  We currently have visited the websites of over 1,000 Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to review their investment criteria and input them into our custom search engine. 

We can now offer our research services on a limited basis to produce potential investor lists for our clients.  If you are looking for Venture Capital or Private Equity we can supply you with a list derived from our database that should suit your project’s needs.  Here is how the process works:

1.  You are an investment bank with a buy-side or sell-side client and are looking for either:
   1. A Private Equity firm who’s investment criteria is such that your sell-side client’s company could be a good fit.
   2. A Private Equity firm who has a portfolio holding that might be a good match for your client on the buy-side.
2. You contact us and we discuss the details of the project.
3. We provide a list of Private Equity firms that match the project details.
4. We provide contact information if available / necessary for an individual at each Private Equity company.
5. We can also provide standard Public company results as well.  This would include not only a name but a full comparable table.

Our services are normally done on a fee plus basis.  We have a nominal charge for our time plus we would also get a minimal percentage of a sucessfull transaction.  If the transaction is not closed with one of the firms we provided, then the success fee would not be incurred.

For firms using our services once or twice a year, our fees would be less than or equal to a full time research analyst.  Why incur those yearly expenses when you only need &/or use the sourcing services once or twice a year?  This service allows you to maintain your own contacts at Private Equity firms if you desire, but it isn’t necessary; it also allows you to leave the maintenance and upkeep of a private equity database to a company who’s sole function is doing just that.  By outsourcing your private equity and venture capital database needs to Capital Infinity Research you will have access to more up to date information and a much larger dataset for less money than if you were doing it yourself.

Our service is targeted to boutique investment banks who don’t want the expense of a full time research analyst, and who only need Private Equity or Venture Capital searches 5 or less times a year.
